Havengore this weekend (30/31 July 22)

Looking for a bit of advice/reassurance. We are located in the Medway and thinking of attempting the Havengore bridge on Sat or Sun across the Maplin sands. HW @ Southend 5.35/5.46m (Sat/Sun) - and ECP suggests this will give a clearance over Broomway of about 5ft. We draw 3ft. The winds are forecast to be relatively light - seastate is not easy to predict but imagine there will be a little wind over tide if winds are SW? Anything I am missing in calculations? Any advice welcome (will be following guidance in ECP closely). Thanks in advance

On a side issue, Potton Bridge is closed for maintenance 2nd to 4th August and is unmanned 28 and 29/7. Narrow Cuts will be fine though. Given that QinetiQ have issued a notice about the Potton Bridge it is fair to consider the Havengore Bridge is open and working.
