Hi all,

I'm moving my marine canvas business to Endeavor Quay and going to move my boat there too.

Had quotes for both Haslar and Gosport, I'm guessing its a much of a muchness but has anyone got any experience of both, and is one any better than the other? Haslar is a tad more expensive but not by much.

Thanks in advance

Haslar has sold out to one of the big chains, and will no doubt be very different from it used to be.

I always liked Haslar -- walking distance to Gosport high street, pleasant atmosphere, good shelter.

Yes seen they're both Premier, I'm going into a unit in Endeavor Quay (which is also Premier) so there's a few incentives to go into one of their Marinas.
As they are next to each other just wondering if one was better than the other in terms of social events, bar etc?!

Haslar is the nicer marina, although their facilities have really gone downhill and need a refresh. Gosport suffers with the strong tides, making coming and going more difficult at times as well as making it less comfortable on board. Haslar gets good sunsets, Gosport doesn’t so much.
Gosport has the fuel pontoon but it’s not that far from Haslar. Gosport is past the ferry and ballast pile which on a busy weekend can both be chaotic.
Haslar let us choose our berth when we joined, which was very nice. Deano seems to like sorting boats by type too so you’ll probably end up near similar boats/people.
It’s very easy to move marina so not a permanent decision.
