Ah, a useful hiding place left over from times of serious religious persecution. I didn't know your house was that old !

I have a scaffold pole set horizontally below the rafters, at the correct height & suspended on 2 metal brackets. The wife & I lift the stern up & hook it over that. then I attach a block & tackle to the bow & with a few gentle words from the wife, I lift the bow as far as I can ,whilst she pulls on my tackle !! Then we both give a tug until it is right up . I have made sure that my truss is properly secured.
Often accompanied by grunting & harsh words. But it only takes place once a year.
A tip worth remembering is to store lots of gear under it. That means that you cannot walk in the vicinity & smash the hell out of one's nut. Because that can hurt.
Then you should think about a mezanine floor & stick all the other boaty stuff up there as well??? Must be something in the Water at the moment - a mate has just sent me a ‘putting up a tent is like making love to a beautiful woman...’ Swiss Toni clip!
Thankfully, roof is high enough to be well out of the way once it’s up, but so high that I will need to hire a professional ladder to get up there, hence wanting to prethink it rather than just playing around until I find the best solution.

... the hull alone should weigh in at only about 60kg (as long as I don’t get carried away with the epoxy in the build)...
