Halyard guide

I am looking for a mast mounted halyard guide.
It needs to be suitable for a 4mm wire genoa halyard.
I can't find one via google.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If' you're talking about the thing that is fitted with roller reefing, you should maybe try the RR companies, as they come with the kit.

If you mean a stainless steel fairlead to guide a halyard into a mast or boom, it's called a halyard exit plate. Sailspar stock them, http://www.sailspar.co.uk

Halyard lead...

It's called a "halyard lead". For a wire halyard, you should really fit a bronze halyard lead (it's softer and will wear in preference to the halyard). When fitting a bronze halyard lead, you must fit the insulator sheet which is supplied with it, to stop corrosion. Any Selden dealer should be able to supply one, a suitable part number may be 508-135. It looks a bit like this one (which has a different number because it's a bigger one)...

Thanks, That is the thing.

Is it open at the back?

If not how do you get the halyard through it?

We have a 10mm rope tail one end and a hard eye the other.
