Greece and the Unlimited Transit Log - news from the CA

I'm based in Corfu, and have just managed to get a UTL online, without an agent. This can be found at: myaade.gov.gr under Applications > Customs Services > Transit Log.

Mind you, it took a couple of attempts. The documents I submitted, in pdf form, were as follows: (1) Builders certificate (yacht UK built); (2) UK Registration certificate; (3) Skippers qualification certificate; (4) Passenger list (myself and wife), with passports; (5) Letter from Gouvia marina to prove yacht there at Brexit; (6) TEPAI paid; (7) Proof of VAT paid status in UK before Brexit (letter from HMCE). Whether all of these were strictly necessary I don't know, but they sufficed.

When they issue the UTL when you've applied online do they give this to you electronically or do you still need to go and visit customs to pick it up? Thanks

Electronically. You register to log in to the service, then then the transit log (if granted) can be picked up from your registration account.. Incidentally, they informed me by email that my first application had been rejected, but not that the second had been successful. Keep checking, I think mine showed up after a couple of weeks.

I assume you had a LTL prior to this and "upgraded" to UTL?
