That'l be Whitehills harbour.

From my mate Duncan who supplied the image:

Its Whitehills on Moray Firth - near Banff. There are yachts in the inner harbour (behind the wall) in this photo. This was a picture of a photo on the wall of the harbour office. It wasn't like this when we were there - thankfully. Interesting approach in any north winds though, as the entrance is from left to right in front of the wall, leaving light to port, along a narrow channel, (about 20 feet) with reefs to starboard, then a 90degree handbrake turn to port at the gap in the wall (seen at the extreme right of this photo)into the harbour.
