Thanks all!

I'm suffering from complete and utter information overload... and got home Monday night and collapsed in a heap of exhaustion!

So far, so good... seem like a nice bunch, and there is some serious stuff to get my teeth stuck into.... and thus, my first impressions are that i'm going to really enjoy this, and fit in well. The exec team seem pretty much on the ball, and know what they want from me, and what the goals are, so all good signs for a happy relationship!

Probably won't post for another two days now due to near mental meltdown in an effort to learn 1,500 new 'three letter abbreviations'.
