The plan is to go to Guernsey this weekend. Seems like there could be an improvement in the weather.

Anyone else around these waters?

Hoping for a few nights on Sark and Herm, ( only if the sea flattens out)!

We went last year and got stuck their for 2 weeks, (Jersey). Nice place to get stuck, I just hope we have better weather than last year.

Fuel up in St Sampson, its a lot cheaper than the marina. You will need to book an esso or Shell lorry.
If you have to get back, keep an eye on the weather, if it is deteriorating, make a bolt for home. We got stuck for 2 weeks and then the return trip was bumpy.
It gets choppy on the approaches to CI, just be prepared.
Ill fly my forum flaggy thing. Say hello if you see me.

Yep, we're seeing the same weather window as you - currently thinking about trying to get to St Peter Port on Thursday evening, and return on Sunday praps to Dartmouth or Weymouth depending on how the weather forecast for next week shapes up.

Cheers

Hope to get out of Chichester on Saturday morning and head to Cherbourg for lunch then on to the CI only if the weathers steady (the race is a pain in the bum if it kicking up).
