Gas Regulators with Crap Valve Knob

Can one still get propane regulators with metal valve knobs instead of those stupid plastic knobs that just spin on the shaft letting you think you've turned the gas off but just turned the knob only, bleedin stupid if you ask me /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I now have to turn off the gas bottle with pliers as the knob has completely come off now.

Apart from the regulator for Camping Gaz cylinders none of those I have looked at have a shut off valve. A simple regulator and the bottle valve to shut off the supply surely is the normal arrangemet.
