Garmin 128 and Raymarine ST1000

Has anybody got these two working together?

Will autopilot perform automatic track acquisition?

How heavy and how long is your boat?

The AH1000 will work with the Garmin 128. Ask Keith Patrick as he went round Britain last year with the same and used exactly that system. Also used the Navik which was his best piece of gear (his words). Albin vega the same as yours.

I hope this doesn't sound too pedantic but do you mean ST1000 not AH1000.

I understood that AH1000 did not have NMEA input.

I had the 125 GPS/Sounder & ST1000 on my previous boat so I guess the 128 would also link up. The autohelm could be used independently or linked with the GPS by pressing a couple of buttons on the autohelm.
