Denied all and threatened tribunal etc etc....

Called in staff concerned and he burst into tears asked for clemency!

Result....


I fired the lying, conniving, weasel!

Satff gave a round of applause..... apparently been going on for months.
Job done.

Wonder how he would feel about this being discussed on the forum.Perhaps as this very personal matter has been raised here, in the interest of balance we could hear the other mans story.

I tasted some Biltong the other day with a friend of mine from South Africa strangly his name is Bilton as per Bilton wines. Must say that stuff is very moorish, especially as I was involved in a wine tasting of his Splendid SA reds. ummmmmm

Ja I have.. I'm not keen on many of the Stellenbosch wines....IMHO some of the Constantia or Oliphant river wines are much nicer... but hey what do I know.

How proud of yourself you obviously feel, but this is probably not the place to boast about your dubious disciplinary practices. Presumably you are not a director of a high profile company, so I'm wondering where you learned your people management and disciplinary "skills," especially as whatever it was had been going on for months. I'm tempted to ask what colour the offending employee was, but I won't/forums/images/icons/smile.gif. Just some gentle words of advice: don't make decisions like that whilst you are furious and don't boast about them; they might come back to bite you. End of sermon.

Not a chance of repercussions through this site anyway- Derf could simply deny all knowledge and claim that someone ghost wrote the story - no names mentioned either, in fact nothing to legally tie him in. Roy
