Fuel Barge St Kats

Hope this is the right forum but does anyone know the opening hours/days of the fuel barge
just outside of St. Kats?

They are in the process of converting an old "LASH" barge round here in Rochester for a second life as a Thames based static fuel barge,not sure where it is going to end up but it can hold about 400 tons of fuel.

If that could station it between the Barrier and Tilbury that would be a good spot from the point of view of covering a dry patch
