Today was my first visit to check on any damage due to our recent sub zero condition. I thought I had got away Scott free until my 9 year old granddaughter noticed the tide was well and truly out on the little island she had brought me back from Crete

They are claiming i should have winterised the glitter ball by draining and refilling with a suitable antifreeze. I had considered this but was concerned about the pink flamingos health .....

As it’s an unequivocal “lighthouse coolant failure”claim, I think you should be prioritised wrt your claim for Messrs Pink Fl, C Gull, Lt House and Co to be put back in the position they were in before the event - in the pink , if you like
