French yachts off Devon Cornwall this morning..

So what’s happening loads of french yachts racing off Devon this morning... looks like started from le Harve area..

what’s the race.

Yes from cherbourg. The harbour master there very helpfully sent me an e mail telling me all visitor areas were to be fenced off until midday on 19th. I assume they are small Figaro yachts single handing racing somewhere. Normally cherbourg has loud unknown bands playing on shore art times of their arrival.
