You can view the official cartography here
DATA.SHOM.FR
Left column --> Master data -->Cartography --> Multi scale seamless charts.
As you zoom in it will provide the most detailed data available.

An interesting experiment is this one
Carte Dynamique des marées
you move along the tidal curve and get satellite images of drying areas with their depths, one (Bréhat) is free the others are with subscription.

As to general satellite/aerial images, the most interesting is this one (unfortunately unavailable through SasPlanet)
Articles | GéoLittoral
they are georeferenced photographs taken by military airplanes, the advantage with regard to Google etc is that they have tried to collect data as nearer to LAT as possible. Version V2 dates to 2014, versions V3 is being made.
I made a few comparisons here, the Ortholittoral V2 is the last photograph, you can see the differences with GE and Bing that appear on top of it.

Impressive, thanks 👍
:)

I am sure you have seen it already, anyway if you look at the various products on the left column there are various additional layers.
Under Master data for example, "2D Tidal streams" there are the classic hourly tidal atlas charts; whereas under Oceanographic Products it gives the (I think Hycom) hourly model forecasts for such currents.
Or, under Master data - -Maritime and coastal data base - AtoN there are photographs of (most) aids to navigation

I forgot to mention there is a new Android App named "Nav&Co" which is incorporating these data little by little, still in its infancy though.

Wow! Even more impressed with the Android App.
Not being a French speaker,
Can I change language?
Does it dynamically show my location if I turn Location on?
The app is still in its beginnings, the developers seem to be listening, maybe try and add a request for feature (language?).
Yes it should show your position dynamically.
So far, one can download the navigation area charts for use offline, but for some reason not all of them are available when offline, one can zoom to very detailed charts for one area but when jumping a couple of miles aside you only have the next scale up; they are looking into it.
Also, display in landscape layout: sometimes it works sometimes it does not.
Work in progress :)

Just to understand what type of representation you are looking for, could you indicate a few areas in French Atlantic waters where official data as shown above would not be enough for your purposes?
r.
The original post asked about any equivalent to Antares Charts in Scotland. Not sure if you are familiar with Antares Charts, but these are extremely detailed new surveys of yacht anchorages, all done within the last 10 years or so. Done I believe with sophisticated sonar by dinghy.
In many cases the last surveys of these waters was done by rowing boat and lead line.

That's why I asked: where in France Atlantic coast is there a need for such type of chart? If possible, an indication of specific places.
I do have two or three places in mind, otherwise I have 2m draft and can safely sail/anchor anywhere the available charts allow, both in horizontal and vertical reference, it would be interesting to know what are the specific needs of the OP? Looking for drying areas without isolated rocks perhaps? Something else?
If charts do not show a high density of 2.3 2.5 2.7 2.4... charted depths it's they are not needed for safe navigation; it's not Scotland :) , waters are so densely sailed that there are no surprise rocks, maybe in very exceptional circumstances like something marked underlined 3 instead of underlined 3.2.
Or, areas like Belon river entrance or sand banks in general for example are prone to errors in charting, but any chart will be too old after the last big storm passes :)
