FREE THAMES MOORING

Now ive got your attention,being that most of you are "caked up" with money and can afford to pay MDL and alike vast amounts of money to moor you might not be able to help me with this question but here goes anyway.
Moving to my nice little mooring at Taplow marina(cheapskate) next to maidenhead pleasure boats soon and wondered if anyone moors or knows anybody that moors in this area......

mate of mine used to moor there, moved up to marlow with me, nice spot but watch the river in the winter, it come up very high and runs through quite quick. Cheaper than most places on the Thames
