Obviously some of the big movers get it really wrong. Key bit was the thing that it was hull. Finishing to cruise standards would be hugely more. So, not to many takers..

Would be a basis for a budget aircraft carrier. Think of the WW2 "jeep"-carriers. The way things are going someone will want one!
