Forum thinkning hats on - dingy solution sought

On a windy beach on 3G on a 5inch mobile screen so no way I'm going to try and source ferreti150 transom pics before Monday...
Iirc you do have transom door meaning the structural integrity of the transom is disrupted. Cannot visualise the flexing. Is it 20-30mm across the top or is it a more localised deflection around the mounting point?
Reinforcing will vary according the type and extent of deflection but for sure some upholstery ripping will be involved :)

Here are a couple, 1st shoes the crane but no passerelle.
Second has the pass (I think original electric) but different to mine

It's no problem reinforcing the transom and the point where the hydraulic cylinder mounts. Just normal GRP/epoxy work - easy
Thats what I thought until I asked a yard to look at my job. They pointed out that just reinforcing the grp around the pasarelle mounting and lifting ram mounting points wouldn't actually stop the transom on my boat flexing. They proposed bracing the transom box section back to the hull bearers with a couple of s/s supports as well as reinforcing the transom grp itself. Not a huge job but still a bit more than I expected. The OP's situation may be different because as I understand it the pasarelle lifting ram is mounted on the bathing platform
