On a windy beach on 3G on a 5inch mobile screen so no way I'm going to try and source ferreti150 transom pics before Monday...
Iirc you do have transom door meaning the structural integrity of the transom is disrupted. Cannot visualise the flexing. Is it 20-30mm across the top or is it a more localised deflection around the mounting point?
Reinforcing will vary according the type and extent of deflection but for sure some upholstery ripping will be involved
