If by around transom you mean cockpit canopy, plus the fly bridge cover - depends on quality and company, but anywhere between £1.5 - 3k.

Last year I had an excellent cover made for my Turbo 36 with dual zip access to the helm meaning I can access the helm without removing the entire tonneau for £650 - SO31 Bags of Hamble made it - highly recommended, but possibly a bit far for you.

Just had new covers made for my Prestige 32 by the wonderful Roy, Maureen and family at www.mastawerks.co.uk, salt ford, bristol. A fly bridge cover and full rear camper cover set in Top Gun material was £1200. Great work at a remarkable price. Highly recommended!
