I am looking for advice on floaing devices - yachtsaver - inflatable bags which keep a wholed yacht afloat

I think they've gone out of business. Not sure of the truth of the matter, but I did hear that insurance companies wouldn't cover yachts that had them fitted, because of the dammage they did to the interior if they were accidentally activated.

recent article about a system made in oz in ocean navigator mag. scuba tanks n big bags. am thinking abt float system as well. saw some inflatable bags used for cushioning industrial pallets for about $5 each.

Believe these "bags" are really lift bags for salvage operations. I've seen them in
some commercial boating publications. (I.e. A US publication "BOATS AND HARBORS, PO DRAWER 647 CROSSVILLE, TENNESSEE 38557-0647). No web address that I know of.. hope the info helps.
