Fitting a windlass to a Sessa Marine Dorado 22

Has anyone out there attempted this? Space is very tight on the front of the boat and in the anchor locker and I am uncertain what type of anchor raising system would fit/work.

Surely with a 22ft boat an anchor would be light enough to lift. (although obviously the heavier the better)

Out of curiosity I did an image search which appears to show a windlass installed and mounted on the anchor locker hatch. That to me seems a bit iffy, but that is how they all were.
