I used Cif on my fenders when they needed a tidy. Worked a great.

Traffic Film Remover and a Magic Eraser Sponge. Mix the TFR up 1:1 with water in a spray bottle. Also great for cleaning ribs but bad more water, 3:1 or 4:1.

Being soft plastic, fenders only need TFR or soap and elbow grease. Anything else will destroy the surface allowing them to get dirtier quicker.

Fenders are disposable to protect your topsides.
