Fantastic service from Navionics

On the Friday lunchtime before the Bank Holiday weekend I ordered an update for my 25G chart by telephone. I paid the full price of a new 28P chart by credit card and was assured that once they received my old 25G my credit card would be refunded the trade-in price. The next morning I received the new chart by registered post and, after a completely washed out weekend with very little sailing, I returned the old chart on Tuesday. My credit card was credited on Wednesday!
As for the new platinum charts - fantastic! The tidal stream data function is excellent for passage planning and a single card covers the whole of the UK. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Out of interest what is the trade-in price? Note you can get tidal arrows on e.g. C screens with gold charts if you upgrade to software version 4.2 and apparently use some features of platinum charts e.g. photos and pilotage notes.
