Falcon22 hull number

Thanks for the replies I cannot find the hull number anywhere, does this mean I cant register the boat for france etc? I bought it privately the guy had no paperwork on her , where do I go from here? Has anyone else had or got a Falcon boat .She is in good condition and achieves 40 knots, funny it has no anchor fixing cleat. although it has bow roller. any info welcome

Hi,

Not sure if this will help or not, and it maybe a long shot....

I have a Falcon 23 SPC, very simialr to your boat. My fuel filler is on the Port Side on the deck. On the inside of the boat, i have a bench seat that runs parallel to the deck, with velcro cushions on it. Take the cushion off, unscrew the ply backing board and you should reveal a hole in the fibreglass that you can get to the inside of the filler with.

On mine, there are some numbers and so on which tell me the build date and hull number.

On the 23 they were moulded on stbd quarter just beneath rubbing strake. Only about 1cm high. Possibly not the same as 22 but as hull was same only bathing platform changed it might have been there on 22 as well?
