Hello
I am going a very long way to view a fairline targa 44 for a 2nd time,
can anyone point out potential issues or thing i should pay more attention to ?

ps; i don't want an itama, flybridge, 62 footer or shafts. :encouragement:

thank you

I meet two guys in Croatia this year with a FL44 hardtop, not the open version. Both hat mo major issues. Have the little sister FL 38.
The latching relay at the heavy duty box in the aft cabin (you activate it with a carlington switch at the DC/AC panel in the galley) its worth to have an eye on.
They are hard to get on the market...
Which year, and what engines? Open or hardtop?
I

Ah ah, i wrote that because of you. :p

Well when we swapped boats ,we did all the obvious the only thing I did not check was satellite tv and yep it failed, what we did while at home was a check list with relevant questions because you always forget something. Ps does that mean you will becoming to the right side of the river.

As this boat probably comes with Penta D6 and outdrives or IPS that´s where you need to put the attention. The outdrives break more then they should and the IPS are very expensive to service/repair
I don´t know for what reason you write that you don´t want shafts but if this model is avalible with shafts my opnion is that it would be stupid to buy one with outdrives or IPS

Targa 44 was never available with shafts. IPS or outdrive only.

If your Sat dish worked you could watch Stoke City lose more often which may help lubricate the funbox locks. I'll have a cap passed around the lads and see what we can raise.
And yes, we have yet to share an anchorage with Hullabaloo. A Targa 44 would fit in well :encouragement: I wouldn't be lonely up front anymore.

That's what I maintain. Ghetto living, not for me either :encouragement:

Conwy Marina is now vetted, like a golf club ,you have to be introduced!! So that counts you pair out . He is only having a new boat to get into Conwy under an assumed name .

If you can't afford the comfort of ips then fine, but don't have a go at those of us who can.

You mean the ghetto has gone gangland? You're going to have to show us your membership tats sometime.
