Fairleads - where from?

I need to replace the fairleads on my Sadler 32 and am having trouble finding any variety to pick from at all. All I can find are in two sizes, 160mm and something a bit smaller, handed and symmetrical. Are there no variations on this? I see (hilk!) bennytaws and suchlike AWBs with clever looking roller fairleads - but none in the swindleries.

Any leads?
