I purchased a new bow nav light from Force 4 at SIBS last year and fitted it in October. By February, there was moisture inside the green side. I did not have the receipt.

Called Force 4 and explained I had the box but no receipt. They exchanged it for a new one immediately and without fuss.

We'll done Force 4!:encouragement:

+1 Had similar excellent service when buying my chartplotter and VHF, which due to no fault of theirs both had to be changed.
