Depends if your just going across or planning to cruise the inland water ways.
If the later must hold am ICC, VHF and Cevni certificates.
VHF must be ATIS
Passports and a secondary ID
Medication letter and presciption if taking medication with you
GHIC and additional travel insurance
Copy of ships registry
Copy of the Rainwat Agrreement and cenvi rules should be carried on board
covid pass or proof of full vacination.
c1331e completed
Belgium crew manifest decloration
proof of VAT for the return to uk, not needed for entry
This will get you started Iam sure ive missed some best check on the .GOV and RYA sites

VAT status relies on where the boat was at 11pm on 31st December 2020, so documnetary proof of that.

Good job we took back control and also managed to add 20 percent to the cost of importing a boat plus having now to faff about with visas from 2022.
My little gang will have to find another 50.00 euros.
Suspect a Ryanair flight will be cheaper than the visa.?

VHF must be ATIS
Are you sure? I carry a letter from OFCOM explaining that the UK do not do ATIS. I also have to add some nondescript addition to my DSC call sign or something. But it is NOT ATIS. Never bothered & been over a lot of times since the ruling came in. But not since Brexit became a reality. I think it is the Dutch who are really in to it. I have also been advised (By the RYA I seem to recall) it is better to put the hand held away & use the main radio. Difficult when SH & the main radio is down below.
Does not mean one will not get challenged. I have been asked for just about everything else & they do love to hassle me; so one day !!!!!!!!!!

Do you not now have to first go to port of entry before going on elsewhere ?

It seems to me you do but I would like to know what is required in practice .
The passport stamp requirement seems like it might waste quite a lot of time . I expect the customs people are busy dealing with ships so a couple of people on a little boat are going to be a nuisance.

Do you really need a visa? I thought a visit up to 90 days out 180 days did not need a visa.
According to the The Mallorcan Bulletin all non EU visitors will need to apply for and complete a visa application and pay 7 Euros for the privilege.
It does last for three years..
Assume this for all destinations in Spain including possibly the Canaries.
May be for all destinations in the EU. ?

I believe there is an agreement in place between the UK and the EU allowing UK citizens to be in the EU 90 days out of 180days without a visa.
For people who are not UK citizens and not a EU citizen then other rules may apply.

According to the local press.
The visa comes into force and applies from 2022.

On the gov website. I paste
Visas for short trips: you do not need one if you’re a tourist
If you’re a tourist, you do not need a visa for short trips to EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein. You can stay for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
