Stay away from major ship repairs (Neorio) because the air transports iron beds from sandblasting, which cause problems mainly in aluminum (mast , boom).

I am not aware of any haul out facilities on any island in the northern part of the Cyclades. Best bet is to look to the mainland around Athens. Yards on the north coast of Aegena may be worth investigating.

If that doesn't work out you might like to consider Karlovasi on Samos. I visited the yard there last year. Contrary to what Heikell says they do everything, coded welders, etc. Ferry port so good communications.
