Engine start/stop buttons

Not tried Finnings yet.

Looked at Ebay but could not find a decent match. Assume they are simply single pole momentary-make when pushed, but not checked schematic or metered them out yet.

Anyone replaced them?

Thanks - I'm familiar with RS, I recall collecting from them when they were still Radio Spares in London, that would have been in 1971...! They've come a long way since then....

I will meter-out the buttons or check schematics when I am next on the boat (way down the list) may just bring the lower helm ones up for now and then select more pretty alternatives for the lower helm where less exposed, I would though like to source OEM components if I can and if they are still available.

Still not loacted a source for these yet but a Forumite is trying to seek advice from a supplier for me which is kind of him.

Otherwise, I may bring the ones up from below and select an alternative for the lower helm, once I have metered-out the PBs which I expect to be momentary push button contacts.

Just recived the following image showing how the PBs are assembled which is useful, good to see how the switches can be broken down and easily disconnect from the contact block:

what diameter is the o ring if it is 22mm it is probably European if bigger it could be cutler hammer ,American ,are there any marking s on them.

Ditto. Have a look at Schneider on RS, they do pretty much every permutation of switch front and contact configuration you can think of

I know the Schneider and Klockner-moeller ranges but I do like to keep to source OEM parts if I can, I think this may get sorted this week thanks to the help of a Forumite, so watch this space.....!
