the <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.maalla.co.uk/uk-weather/syn.htm>weather pattern </A> shows a slot of NE winds reaching down to the azores for the next few days. anyone planning to head out that way next year is likely to be pretty sick to see her times for that leg!

Ellan crossed the start line at 8:10 Sunday morning.

"in winds of 28-30 knots from the NNW".

It must have been a screaming reach in that sort of boat.
