I've been waiting for around 10 days now for an ARCS CD folio to arrive
Are there any ARCS electronic chart users who could comment on whether this is normal?
AND
If anyone is contemplating loading navigation software onto a laptop for use on board, Dolphin Maritime Software from Lancaster, is really good and less money than PC Maritime Tsunamis etc.

I get electronics charts from PC Maritime and they take at max 1 week and I live in Holland.

On the system you get what you pay for!
