I was asking advice on Electric toilets

Then please tell us the make and model of your toilets and whether they are seawater or fresh water flushed.

There is no make on them , I am waiting for the information from dealer , toilets sea water flush

Is there a make shown on the control switch? Elan fit Jabsco manual toilets, so I wouldn't be surprised if your electric ones are Jabsco. Unless you had them retro-fitted by the dealer.

They are not , have no idea of the make , anyway they flush out but no water coming in .

Then take some photos of the toilets, their controls and the pump, and post them on here, and someone might recognise them.

Could they perhaps be Lavacs? Lavacs only have a pump (whether electric or manual) on the outlet side, and the flushing water is drawn into the bowl by vacuum, but only when the toilet seat is closed. If they are Lavacs there will be a rubber seal under the seat and lid.

I think we can start to see why the supplying dealer is being less than helpful....

There certainly seems to be some blockage here be it in communication or otherwise . Hopefully it will all pan out soon and the OP can put his problems behind him .

Looking at some old emails I had exchange with the Elan dealer nearly 3 years ago when ordering my boat, I have found out that the electric toilet fitted by the factory was Dometic MF7160 (strange because the standard toilet which I eventually ended up is Jabsco).
HOWEVER, I live in a different part of the world so it doesn't necessarily mean that the OP has a Dometic toilet on his boat. Could be anything, or could be something fitted by the dealer.

Just got details , they are Dometic Electric
