Sinning against a cardinal naval rule (NAVY - Never Again Volunteer Yourself) it seems I landed myself the job of 'organising' this year's ECF Calendar.

I currently have some time on my hands, but it looks like December is going to be somewhat hectic. I would therefore like to have the thing printed and distributed not later than the first week of December.
Would be handy too, for those buying one (or several) as a X-Mas prezzie.

Calling all ECF-ers for any pictures they would like to submit. E-mail in high-res would be best (Those that do not already have it - you can find my e-mail address on our blog).
Cut-off date for submissions somewhere around the end of October, so I could get the thing printed and distributed in November. Cut-off date for orders middle of November (though I might order some 'spares').

Format: could get A3-wall, A4-wall or desktop calendar. What you prefer? Vote in the attached poll.

Price: ranges from £19 (A3-wall) to £14 (desktop). These prices are for just one calendar. Price would reduce significantly as the size of the order increases.

Shipping/distribution: to keep costs to a minimum I would like to distribute them per marina/anchorage. So, it would be appreciated if when you order, you could mention where you keep the boat. Alternatively, I could post at cost.

Over to you.

Thanks for organising the ECF calender.

2 for me please Wim.

I wonder If we could have the previous month and the following month on each page in a small font.
It would be most useful.

Not sure where to suggest collection from.
There are quite a few ECF's in the Cambridge area.
May be a collection / delivery point here.
Happy to sort that.

I'm sure that would be possible

we could butter-up Jim

I have been removed from the Forum pics - no more Jim at the helm.

You may blame the Isvestia Political correspondent James Bragg for that swathing piece of censorship.

I was threatened with banning if I post that, or a picture of a brass doorknob.

Are we all settling on one format or is the intention to publish in all 3 as demand dictates.

Either way I'd like two please - ideally desktop but I'd go for A4 if that's the one format going.

I put full res versions of my submissions in the other thread - would you still like an email?

thanks for organising...

From the votes currently in A3 looks like a non-starter, A4 seems to be most popular. However, if there are at least 10 request for a desktop, I would have those made too. Personally, I would like a desktop calendar, as I can use it on the boat.

I got them from the other thread - thanks.
