The eC1331 is not, to me at least, not friendly on a laptop. Has anyone been able to use it on an iPad?
Thank you. I am pleased it is not just my incompetence. I have more or less settled on the same procedure as you. I can have master copies with all the standard guff and add details of times snd ports later. Not sure why they should need paper copies, surely not for signatures, e-copies are not signed. I do not carry a printer and, in any case, might not be able to get to a post box before departure. If they cannot produce an online form that I can use, why should I pander to their laziness. They can printout the form.Tried opening it on a Mac in Numbers. Struggled with it then gave up and downloaded pdf version. Drew text boxes on answers, filled in, and emailed off to the 3 addresses given saying I would print out and sign when I got access to a printer.
Customs came back by email and asked to call Yachtline. On doing that asked for paper copy which I was going to send anyway.
Looking at the French customs forms they are done as editable pdf files which is much more user friendly. For the meantime I will be printing out a load of, and sticking with, the paper versions.
