I have never been happy with the way my exhaust hose comes straight down from my heater and felt it doesn't suit the rest of the install...

So I have purchased a 90 degree bend so I can reroute the exhaust hose in what I feel is a more suitable manner.

The supplied bend has a small hole drilled in the bottom of what will be the horizontal bit of the thing..... any ideas why and indeed should it be there.... surely i will be filling the aft locker with exhaust fumes?

Cheers

Jim

It should be plugged...

Some of the Eberspacher 90degree bends have a drain hole. Usually, this is plugged with an M10 bolt, which isn't always supplied. You obviously need to plug the hole before operating the heater.
