Why?, are they at war with someone?

Do they wear the baseball caps the wrong way round. All the boy racers I see do.

Always thought that anyone lacking the basic intellect to put on a cap the right way around should not be allowed to drive a motor vehicle. But what do I know?

Yes, Brunstrom has been at war with the public since he took over as the 'Mad Mullah' Chief COnstable.

I am not sure of the accuray of the quote in the above article that says,

"What we have at the moment are officers wearing a dress
shirt and a tie, which often tend to get jammed and clogged
up under body armour," he said.

I am told it will ride up with wear, but favour twin set and pearls for traffic duty.

as i understand it the legislation is in place, however the policers havent implemented it for leisure until last week!!
