Dreams do come true

Which is better, ancient grasshopper?

A Dufour afloat in the waters of life.

Or a A22 wheeled on its trailer under a shady oak tree, with the bow aligned to the morning sun ‘ just so’ with the kettle plugged in and but a few steps from favourite sofa bed.

Ah so. There are many paths to happiness..
Man must make his own path💨💨💨

Blueboatman speaks wisely.

From the Crane, we learn grace and self-control.
The Snake teaches us suppleness and rhythmic endurance.
The Praying Mantis teaches us speed and patience.
And from the Tiger, we learn tenacity and power.
And from the Dragon, we learn to ride the wind.
And from the Anderson 22, all of the above.

Aye,
Humble student.

Insertion would be quite painful😂
I would guess, because I don't know, that HGV drivers would not actually catheterise but would use a sheath to make the relevant leak-proof hose connection. Driving around with a catheter is bloody awful, as I found out nearly twenty years ago.

I think astronauts have that too. I have never had the experience but I gather driving is not the only painful thing.

I think it might be a more simple operation than that, noting the pop bottles full of suspicious liquid in the gutter by the central reservation of most motorways, although it does suggest either wet feet or a very steady hand and an Olympic Gold driving standard of avoiding the potholes

That made me laugh. I’ve always wondered - do the lorry drivers use a funnel?

He may not be here, but he's definitely in notthelounge if you know where that is. Alive and well. Facebook too if you know him...

I’d seen said boat in Northney a while back and wondered if it was in new ownership.

Fortunately there we are ‘blessed’ some forum members who come very close to matching his posting style just with other boats
