Drascombe Lugger Rudder

Hi, I looked at a Lugger to-day which has the rudder shown. It is not like any other Lugger/ Longboat rudders I have seen. I suspect that it has been a home fabrication and also the shaft appears bent. The hull No is in the mid 900's. Any Drascombe owners out there willing to venture an opinion?

I suspect that you are right on both counts, but suggest you contact the makes and ask them. Honnor Marine made my Longboat and are very helpful; Churchouse Boats have the same reputation.
