It will fit but then i loose at least 200l of water.

Why the emphasis on volume? I have a tank that holds less than a third of what you propose, and I only need to fill it every third day, approximately, and can easily stretch it further if necessary.

Like when i go to the bar i get a pint not half if the dont dp a Pitcher

seriously now, the reason is when living on a boat on the canal the more the better. this tank is average if not small to most. we mange on my weekend cruiser with the 130l we have on there for a few days .

Why not use the hull as part of the tank, add bulkheads and a top?

Oh, and, 600litres is 600kgs, thats 6 fat blokes like me, which is a lot of fat blokes.

Well now 4 fat bloke in the middle and 2 in the bow lol.

It will be the shape of the hull a sit will be low down sat on the keel and bearers. like the shape of the tank in the pic above, the deck will be on top.

As now the central tank/s will be smaller then the six 110 batteries can go down there, well that was my first plan.
