DIY anti fouling tips please

I tried an electric sander for about a minute.
So much toxic dust. I realised wet sanding is the only way.
The sanding mesh was really good

I sand mine using a Festool vacuum sander and also wear a mask. No dust.
Don't mess around with a small 4" roller. I found it easier to use an extension pole with a wide roller. Covers quickly and you can stand back without kneeling down too much.

Cut 3 holes in a black bin bag and put over head with arms through side holes.

Tape a smaller plastic bag on head and get mask and goggles to protect eyes and lungs.

Roller with long extending handle.

If bilge keel get car creeper to lie on back tp paint between bilge keels

I used to do my 50 ft myself but now get someone in to antifoul my boat

If a boatyard had the following rules do you think this means no DIY antifouling?

Doesn't seem to mention painting or roller painting though the rules do seem to stop surface preparation. Does the yard have their own employees doing this and if so what do they do to protect other vessels ?

Just off the phone where they mentioned if I wanted to do the antifouling myself so its an option at least. They have covered parts where they might do the work themselves.

I can wet sand the hull which shouldnt be too messy but if the stern drives need a lot of prep work then that would involve scraping which isnt banned.
