Don't mess around with a small 4" roller. I found it easier to use an extension pole with a wide roller. Covers quickly and you can stand back without kneeling down too much.

Tape a smaller plastic bag on head and get mask and goggles to protect eyes and lungs. Roller with long extending handle. If bilge keel get car creeper to lie on back tp paint between bilge keels I used to do my 50 ft myself but now get someone in to antifoul my boat
