Display Fuel Level Information on Axiom MFD - Any Suggestions?

Looking for some advice on connecting my old fuel level gauge to my new Axiom MFD, which only accepts NMEA 2000 input. Does anyone know of a device that can transfer the fuel level information to the MFD? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
