dinghy glue

Hi - a couple of handles are starting to come away from our 12' dinghy and wondering are there any good glues you can recommend to re-attach them ?

Also - there are two useful smaller dhingy rings on the port and startboard bow, but we'd like to try and find similar to attach at on the tubes towards the stern - tried looking in Force4 but couldn't seem to find any - are there any places where these can be purchased ?

If it is an inflatable RIB Store can supply / advise on glue and patches - eg PVC Circular Patch with Towing Eye / D-Ring 120mm x 26mm
