Having actually looked at the video.
Would hope that somebody in a position to do so,would identify the gentlemen concerned and explain in the first instance what they are doing wrong.
The problem AFAIAC is that these gentlemen will eventually progress to some sort of large tent boat in the future,still being blissfully unaware what the problem is with wash for the other 99% of people in the area.
