Diesel in Bilges

I laid my boat up for repairs last winter and took the opportunity to clean out the bilges really well as there had been diesel in there. Now they are up to their usual level, couple of inches via a leak in the deadwood that I can't find, yet, and the diesel is coming out of the wood again and fermenting. It smells quite bad. I've put gallons of Bilgex through but it's not working, any ideas, anyone?

Thanks for your very prompt reply, Sarabande. I contacted Oil Technics, they are very helpful, not expensive and the cure for my problems is on it's way! Only time will tell now.
