It's all across the Peninsular, not just in the provencies. Andalusia has full reservoirs after 3 years. Was in Valencia last week and it was very wet. Recovered from last years floods though.

.

It has been positively Scottish this last month, and shows no sign of improving in the coming week.

.
On the positive side, reservoirs are full and the Algarve is looking greener than I have ever seen it.

Should have been in Scotland then. Been a period of high pressure with dry sunny weather for the past few weeks.

Fingers crossed we continue to steal Portugals' weather for the upcoming season - Oban will be El Scorchio!

I do believe there is more nastiness on the way to Iberia. I saw a forecast about Storm Martinho due to reach you shortly. Forecast dated today, 18th.

Maybe the local governments will have learn what Ramblers are for ……historically Spain must have had deluges like now but years of semi drought has lead to abandonment of the Ramblers

The weather warning issued by Eire Met was aimed at holiday makers bound for Spain/Portugal.
I was going to suggest they came here to warm, dry and very sunny Wales. Lovely weather, and at least they will understand the langu... Ah! Hang on , stand down on my last...

Been cold n damp here on the Med too! But it looks like it's clearing towards the end of the month. We'll probably get our 320 days of sun again though. March isn't a very good month any year

Yes, just had a text message warning for tomorrow and Thursday.
It arrived here in Ferragudo last night. Damage in the north Praia da Rocha marina basin again. Club Naval in town has at least one pontoon destroyed and looks like one boat sunk. Two boats on the beach at Ferragudo. One is motor boat about 40ft, other is sailing boat about the same size. I saw the marine police towing 2 boats into the town Quay one with shredded genoa. May have been more but that's all I've seen so far.
