The OP's demonstrated lack of integrity has rather increased my doubts, but given his/her palpable lack of a sense of humour if it does not exist (at least in some form) I can't fathom the reason behind the three threads they started.

I couldn't agree more. I was going to post my opinion of the OP earlier, but couldn't be bothered.
If the situation described is in fact a real one, then rather than bothering people for their free advice, which s/he/it didn't have the courtesy to acknowledge, the OP can sort it out with a solicitor - which s-h-it should have done in the first place.

Well Vic, let's just say that from the choice of an 8hp shortshaft Johnson, long or short shaft Yamaha Maltas or a Mariner 2hp short shaft, all just serviced, he chose.... not to reply.
Either the whole thing is a fabrication, or there's a solicitor out there thanking his lucky stars that there really is one born every minute, and Christmas can now be paid for.
