I an thinking of ordering some goods from the American website providor "Defender" for delivery to the UK.

Do any readers of this august organ have any experience of using their services?

3 times I had buying with this company and always problems. Last time they do not confirm money receiving 30 days after their Bank receive it! Never again!

Have used 'em many times BUT..
(1) Use a credit card

(2) Suggest that you specify US mail and write this into the order and email Defender so that they CONFIRM items sent by US mail (saves on so called handling charges from other shippers)
